Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for agricultural inputs and outputs.
- Manage the entire marketing process, including product development, pricing, promotion, and distribution.
- Oversee the processing and value addition of agricultural products.
- Manage organic and sustainable agriculture projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and certifications.
- Build strong relationships with farmers, customers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Graduation in Agriculture, MBA, Agribusiness Management, Agriculture Economics, MBA (RM), or MSW with an agribusiness background.
- Proven experience in agricultural marketing, processing, and value addition.
- Knowledge of organic and sustainable agriculture practices (for Manager – Sustainable Agriculture role).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: INR 35,000 – 45,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
