- We’re crafting authentic fish pickles, using time-honoured recipes and the freshest catches. Our FFPOs meticulously handle each step, from careful cleaning to the perfect spice blend, ensuring a tangy and delicious treat.
- Nutritious Singhara Atta:
- Beyond the waters, we’re also processing nutrient-rich Singhara atta. Our FFPOs are involved in the careful process of transforming water chestnuts into fine, gluten-free flour, perfect for healthy and traditional meals.
- Preserved Dry Fish:
- To extend the bounty of the sea, our FFPOs are expertly processing dry fish. Using traditional methods of salting and sun-drying, we’re preserving the taste and nutrition of our catches for longer enjoyment.
