The training program was held on 17th and 18th March 2025 at Rajmata Vijaya Raje Sindhiya Krishi Vishwavidyalaya in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. It was organized by Madhya Bharat Consortium of Farmers Producer Company Limited for the board Directors of Lundra Agro Producer Company Limited and Pali Korba Farmers Producer Company Limited.

The sessions focused on simple yet effective techniques to start new businesses in:

  1. Turmeric Pickle Making: How to process and package turmeric pickle while ensuring good quality and hygiene.
  2. Turmeric Grading: Tips to sort and grade turmeric for better market value.
  3. Tomato Sauce and Chutney Making: Easy steps to prepare and preserve tomato sauces and chutneys in a cost-effective way.

A total of 13 participants attended the training. The program included practical demonstrations and discussions that helped participants understand these processes in detail. It aimed to give them the knowledge and confidence to start their own businesses in these fields.
