as we all know, access to finance remains a significant barrier to the growth and development of #FPOs in the country. Addressing this issue, the #NABARD Regional Office in Madhya Pradesh has launched a unique program to expedite credit linkages for FPOs. The #FPO Credit League 2025 program, initiated by #NABARD MP, has benefitted more than 30 #FPOs by securing principal loan approvals within 4 hours from nationalized banks such as State Bank of India, Central Bank, PNB, Union Bank, BoB, Canara Bank, Nabkisan, Bank of Maharashtra, MP Grameen Bank, Madhyanchal Bank, and private banks like AU Bank, Axis Bank, and HDFC.
The results were truly remarkable, and the program was a great success. Special thanks to Shri #QamarJaved, GM #NABARD, who first conceptualized this idea, Shri #RahulUtpal, CEO Nabsanrakshan, and Shri #AvinashPSevalkar, DGM #NABARD. It is hoped that other states and FPO-promoting agencies will follow this model to accelerate credit linkages for #FPOs.
