Madhya Bharat Consortium of Farmer Producers Company Limited

On 17 July, 25 newly joined trainees from SIATE (State Institute of Agricultural Extension and Training) visited the Madhya Bharat Consortium of Farmer Producer Companies for a focused exposure on the functioning and impact of FPOs.

The session was led by Mr. Yogesh Dwivedi, CEO of the Consortium, alongside Mr. Shailendra Sharma, offering insights into:

  • The operational models of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)
  • Ground-level implementation strategies for farmer empowerment
  • Digital transformation and outreach practices across 50+ FPOs

Through interactive presentations and field narratives, the visit provided trainees a real-time understanding of agri-entrepreneurship, collective marketing, and the transformative role of FPOs in modern agriculture.
