A two-day training program focused on Organic and Natural Farming was held in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, on 7th and 8th June 2025. The initiative aimed to educate and empower local farmers with sustainable and eco-friendly agricultural practices.
During the program, agricultural experts shared practical knowledge on topics such as composting methods, preparation of bio-fertilizers and bio-pesticides, water conservation techniques, and maintaining soil fertility without the use of harmful chemicals. The sessions also highlighted the long-term benefits of organic farming for health, the environment, and market value.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from farmers, agriculture extension officers, and community leaders. Demonstration plots and hands-on workshops enabled attendees to gain firsthand experience.
This initiative reflects a growing momentum toward sustainable agriculture in the region, encouraging farmers to adopt practices that are not only environmentally sound but also economically viable.
