Madhya Bharat Consortium of Farmer Producers Company Limited
Shri Govind Singh Rajput, Minister for Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Protection of Madhya Pradesh, attended a recent event as the chief guest, where the Madhya Bharat Consortium of Farmer Producer Company Limited (MBCFPCL) recognized farmers for their efforts in sustainable agriculture. MBCFPCL awarded an incentive of ₹1,000 to farmers who adopted sustainable practices, using bio-pesticides and achieving excellent crop yields.
Addressing the gathering, Minister Rajput praised the farmers’ hard work and MBCFPCL’s initiative, stating, “Sustainable agriculture not only protects the environment but also enhances farmers’ income and soil fertility. The use of bio-pesticides is a commendable step.” He reaffirmed the Madhya Pradesh government’s commitment to supporting farmer welfare and eco-friendly farming practices.
MBCFPCL selected farmers who opted for bio-pesticides over chemical alternatives, resulting in improved crop quality and environmental benefits. This incentive is expected to boost enthusiasm and awareness for sustainable agriculture among farmers.
The farmers present at the event appreciated the efforts of MBCFPCL and the government, pledging to continue embracing sustainable practices. The event marked a significant step toward promoting sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation in Madhya Pradesh.
